Biography:
Christine Henzig is Director of Communications for The Wisconsin Credit Union League, the trade association in Pewaukee and Madison representing more than 140 member-owned financial cooperatives. In that role she oversees League publications and media relations. She also coordinates communications support for The League’s ongoing advocacy effort involving a team of more than 1,000 credit union Activists. Prior to her work with The League, Christine was assistant director of communications for a statewide human services agency. She has taught English composition at two vocational colleges. When she’s not in the spotlight talking about credit unions she’s in the spotlight as a bass player and singer for the Floor It country band.
