Biography:
Cindie Wells is a Global Project Manager with over twenty-five years of experience mainly in the global food industry. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UW-Madison before beginning her professional career with American National Can Company as a Process Engineer. She later joined Oscar Mayer and the Kraft Foods family in Research & Development where she developed 15 patents. Cindie currently works for Mondelēz International, home of the World’s Favorite Snacks Brands like OREO! Mondelēz is a new company that launched in October 2012 after Kraft Foods Global decided to split into two completely independent, unaffiliated companies allowing each to leverage their strengths.
