Jim Neustadt has been involved in the automobile business for over 40 years. He worked for General Motors Corporation, was part owner of a very large dealership, ran a group of dealerships in Illinois, was the Vice President of Members services for the Wisconsin Automobile and Truck Dealers Association, and is currently the Director of Human Resources and Compliance for Smart Motors, Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin. He has an undergraduate degree in Personnel Management and a graduate degree in Business Administration.
