Jim Cook has been the Apprenticeship Manager at Madison College for the past two years, and he currently assists in administering approximately two dozen apprenticeship programs. For ten years before that, he was an Assistant Training Director for IBEW-NECA Apprenticeship and Training which serviced apprenticeship committees across the entire state (with the exception of the Milwaukee area.) He has earned a BA degree from UW-Madison and an MA degree from West Virginia University.
